The Jason Fraser Care. With Heart. Award

In early January 2019 we lost Jason and he along with others from our community who have passed, are missed dearly. Jason was a founding member of our Creative Abilities community, in-fact in some ways you could say, without Jason and his family, there would have been no Creative.

Earlier this year, Jason parents (Robyn & Richard) reached out to us as they were seeking a way to honour the care-givers that played such an important role in Jason's life - the result - The Jason Fraser Care. With Heart. Award.

The award is a $5000 cash prize for a Creative Abilities team member who provides extra ordinary care that enriches the lives of a Creative Abilities client and their family.
